March of Dimes
To raise awareness around its mission of giving moms and babies a healthy start, March of Dimes created a special lullaby adapted from the sounds of baby cries. As the “March of Dimes Lullacry” video notes, “Every cry is music to our ears. Help give every mom and baby a brighter, healthier tomorrow.” After sorting through hours of actual footage of newborns, Barkley Films created this heartwarming edit which was worth every minute to raise awareness for this cause.
KC/Amazon
In the summer of 2017, every major city in North America scrambled to answer one simple question – where should Amazon build their new 5 billion dollar headquarters? So how would Kansas City, a modest midwestern city without the size and resources of its flashy coastal competitors like Boston, Los Angeles and New York stand out from the pack? Kansas City set out to hack the very thing Amazon holds most dear – their coveted and highly protected product review system. Barkley Films directed, shot, edited and designed these short films, which spread quickly around the globe. Featured in over 1,600 media outlets including, BBC, Time Magazine, CNN, FOX, CBS This Morning and more.
